Correspondent found dead

A string correspondent of the oppositional newspaper “Narodnaya Volya” Vasil Hrodnikau (Grodnikov) was found dead today in his house in the town of Zaslaul, Minsk district, informed the newspaper editorial team. The family of Hrodnikau insists that it was a murder. Colleagues of the journalist do not have yet any version on what happened because of the lack of information.

Vasil Hrodnikau contributed articles on political and social topics. He was awarded with the Anatol Majsenya Prize.
