The Open Estonia Foundation's 2010 Concord award ceremony will take place on April 15, 2010. This year's prize will be awarded to a person who has contributed to fostering the freedom of speech, participatory democracy and transparent governance in Estonia.

Open Estonia Foundation established the Concord prize in 1997 to honor those whose impact to the development of open society in Estonia has been remarkable. Recipients are announced in April every year.
